Fiz deste modo: Piquei uma cebola média e juntei o atum &lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;(250 gramas) &lt;/span&gt; já meio desfeito. O arroz &lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;(o equivalente a umas 3 canecas)&lt;/span&gt; foi a uma picadora para ficar com textura de massa e foi adicionado aos ingredientes anteriores. Temperei de sal, pimenta e juntei a salsa picada. Numa wok,  coloquei a cebola em meias luas e um pouco de azeite  e deixei refogar. Coloquei o molho de soja e o frango, passado uns 2 minutos adicionei os legumes(courgete, cenoura e rebentos de soja) temperei de sal e pimenta e tapei. Foi cozendo, e eu fui uma ou outra vez mexer. Derreti um pouco da barra de chocolate no micro e depois com a ajuda de uma colher apliquei então nas bolinhas. Num saco de pasteleiro coloquei o preparado, e fiz o efeito ao introduzir uma palhinha com corante no interior do saco, fazendo assim a mistura ficar com efeitos ao sair do saco. Gosto dos suspiros assim para o grande e não muito secos por dentro. Ficou  no forno por 1:30 a 100º,  mais uns 30 min dentro do forno até arrefecerem.  &lt;br /&gt;Ficaram bons e não muito doces, como se queria. Juro que me ando a tentar aperfeiçoar... ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Levei a manteiga a derreter muito lentamente em lume baixo, e adicionei o chocolate e retirei do lume(para não queimar),  fui mexendo e coloquei a geleia, foi novamente ao lume, depois de tudo derretido adiciono então o maple syrup já fora do lume. Depois juntei a farinha peneirada e  as claras batidas em castelo (adiciono sempre antes de bater uma pitadinha de sal fino). Depois de cozida, gosto de passar por água fria para ficar com aquele aspecto brilhante.                                                                    &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pico bem a cebola e o alho e levo refogar no azeite, de preferência numa wok. Adiciono o chourição picante e as gambas cozidas, tempero de sal e salteio até o chourição libertar a cor. O creme de leite condensado, levou o sumo de um limão grande e 3 gemas. A calda é de frutos vermelhos, e não levou maisena. Coloquei 300 ml de água(já quente) e 500 gr de farinha sete cereais e escolhi o programa 3. A maçã foi cortada em tiras finas e regada com limão, depois envolvi a canela e o açúcar mascavado na maçã, no final adicionei a mistura de cereais por cima do anterior preparado. Para o refogado, coloquei numa frigideira azeite adicionei uma cebola grande e deixei ficar translúcida, de seguida levou polpa de tomate,umas gotas de limão,  pimentão doce, piri-piri, pimenta branca, sal, e vinho branco. Triturei a cenoura e  juntei o &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;açúcar&lt;/span&gt;(também o passei na máquina para ficar fino) as gemas a manteiga e envolvi, juntei as 2 farinhas peneiradas, tornei a envolver, e por fim adicionei as claras.
